Quite often we see some plagiarism cases being filed against Movies. In most cases no one can say for sure who is going to win the case, as there are no perfect statistics around it. A plagiarism case was filed against a movie that has seen success in multiple languages. Movie Drushyam was first taken in Malayalam language and it block buster hit. Later same movie was remake in Telugu staring Venkatesh which also was a hit. Now Kamal Hasan is acting in Tamil remake version of this movie named Papanasham.
A writer has filed complaint that this movie was based on his book that was released in 2013. But Director Jittu Joseph has proved it the other way. He showed proofs to court that he has this store all planned in 2011. These proofs have made him won the case to his much relief. Now it is turn to file case against that writer for throwing wrong allegations at him. Need to see where this is going to end
